We are happy to deliver our products worldwide (excluding Russia and the Republic of Belarus), bringing meaningful keepsakes to families across the globe.

Processing time:
Each order is carefully prepared within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

USA: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
Other countries: 10–16 business days (timing may vary — feel free to contact us)

Express delivery is available (3–6 business days) — you can select this option at checkout.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Details

We work with trusted carriers such as UkrPoshta, NovaPost, UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Please note that international shipping may occasionally experience delays due to customs procedures. Once your parcel leaves Ukraine, it becomes the responsibility of your local postal service.

Customs & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

Good news for our EU customers — additional taxes are currently not applied due to the wartime regulations in Ukraine.

Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake is on our side.
