Yes! We ship to over 60 countries worldwide. The only exceptions are Russia and the Republic of Belarus. We work with trusted carriers including UkrPoshta, NovaPost, UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees in their country. Good news for EU customers: additional taxes are currently not applied due to wartime regulations in Ukraine.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items and gift cards are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

We replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at your.album2017@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Yes! Our crochet toys are made with 100% cotton yarn and hypoallergenic polyester stuffing. They contain no small parts, buttons, or beads. All toys are securely crocheted with tight stitches. However, as with any toy, we recommend supervised play for children under 3.
